Our Story


In 2005, the Anii Group was formed to act as Principal Agent for the U.S. Small Business Administration as Receiver of federally licensed venture capital companies in receivership.  As Principal Agent, the Anii Group’s responsibility was to manage and liquidate these companies and their investments.  The Anii Group also provided consulting services to entrepreneurs and small business owners.

In 2008, the Anii Group expanded its consulting services to the area of dispute resolution.  In. 2011, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services became the Anii Group’s primary area of business.  Since providing alternative dispute resolution services, the Anii Group has worked on a variety of cases: from mediating disputes between homeowners facing foreclosure and lenders to arbitrating in landmark class action settlements.



Kahlill Palmer is a trained mediator, arbitrator, ombudsman and attorney.

He received his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.  Mr. Palmer is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Palmer has served as a foreclosure mediation expert for the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, the Massachusetts Foreclosure Impacts Task Force, the Uniform Laws Commission and other mediation service providers. Mr. Palmer serves as Co-Chair of the ADR Committee for the District of Columbia Bar.
